- 1 tsp Garlic paste

- 1 tsp karahi masala
- Salt to taste
- Whole Garam Masala
- 4 cloves
- 2 black cardamom
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6-7 black pepper whole
- 2 green cardamom
- 1/2 tsp whole zeera
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Garnish
- leaves Fresh coriander
- Green chilli chopped

- Take a pressure cooker add all whole Garam masala, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato and mutton.



- Water and all dry spices and mix well.
- Add water and cook for 15 minutes in pressure cooker.

- After pressure, open the cooker add oil,salt, green chilli and bhonify the mutton.


- Add lemon juice and mix well.

- Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies.
